Lisa, tell us about your business and how you help/serve your clients. Siana Aesthetics Medical Spa opened its doors in Marblehead last week at 100 Pleasant St., Suite #202. We’re on the corner of Pleasant and School streets, in the big yellow historic building. Before our move to Marblehead, we were in Beverly and are proud to have been voted the #1 Med Spa in Beverly.
Siana offers the best and most current FDA approved treatments in the medical industry. We’re committed to the continuing education of our staff, to bring the best in skin rejuvenation and anti-aging aesthetic services to our clients. The services we offer are Botox (all the neurotoxins), fillers, microneedling (with radio frequency) and an array of laser services, including laser hair removal, tattoo removal, facial & neck rejuvenation. Hydrafacials, chemical peels, and tailored facials. Our Physician led team can also help with our weight loss program, peptide therapy, and HRT (hormone replacement therapy), if appropriate.

What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned in running a business? What we learned most from our business is that you need to be part of the community you have your business in. We live 4 miles from our spa, and I was born and raised here on the north shore.
What do you love most about Marblehead? We love Marblehead for its character, history, shoreside and beautiful ocean views. But most of all, we love the community!
